1. Download The Serve App

The SERVE App is our CENTRAL location for ALL of our Serve Projects on April 27.

 2. Search for The Family Church

Once you have downloaded the App, you will search for The Family Church by location: Lafayette, Louisiana. 

* you will be prompted to create a username and password.

3. Serve Day 2024

You can view all of the Serve Projects that have already been submitted or you can submit a project that you would like to lead.

Complete the questions asked regarding your project and submit.

Once your project has been approved by our Serve Day Team, it will be viewable on the Serve Day 2024 page.

Q&A

Who can lead a Serve Project?

You! If you feel led to lead a project, submit your project on our Serve App. Your project will be reviewed, and if our Serve Day Team has any questions, we will be in touch. You will be notified once your Project has been approved.

As a Project Leader, will I be responsible to recruit my own participants for Serve Day?

We encourage you to share and promote your project and Serve Day with those you do life with, like your small group friends, but your Serve Project will also be available for those who want to participate on Serve Day to join.

What if my project idea requires extra resources or finances?

If projects require extra resources or finances, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost and/or raise the money through donations. If you know that you will need resources for your project, rally your small group, your friends, or your family to serve with you.

I don’t want to lead a project, can I still participate in Serve Day?

YES, Absolutely! We are encouraging every family at TFC to serve and participate on Serve Day.  Go to the Serve App and you will be able to view all of the Serve Projects available on Serve Day. Choose the project that is right for you and sign-up to participate. Some Projects will be limited in size, so you will want to sign up in advance if there is a specific project you want to participate.
